WHO WE ARE
Equity for All exists to do what others won't — invest in the leadership of young people that systems have left behind. We mobilize young people ages 16 to 35 to be actively engaged in the political process. We center culture to connect with the communities and demographics we serve — organizing in clubs, barbershops, foster care facilities, cultural spaces, and rural communities often ignored by traditional organizing.
We believe that people who engage the system do not always have to be voters, and that civic power is built through action.
OUR PROGRAMS
Youthocracy
Training the next generation of leaders through intentional leadership development, political education, and hands-on organizing experience.
Bad Bxxxes Vote Too
Bringing civic engagement into clubs and cultural spaces where our communities already gather, celebrate, and find belonging.
Save Black Atlanta
Fighting gentrification and redistricting that displaces Black communities and dilutes Black political power in Atlanta.
Board Monitoring
Training young people to attend and engage with local boards and commissions where policy is shaped and power is exercised.
Election Protection
Training poll monitors and rapid responders to identify and address voter suppression and barriers in real time.
Digital Outreach
Creating content, campaigns, and virtual spaces that educate and activate young people on the platforms they already use.
